The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee seeks to promote diversity within NY ALCA, recognize the value of inclusion and equity, and foster membership and advancement for aging life care professionals from underrepresented groups. We endeavor to support NY ALCA’s goal to create and sustain a welcoming and enriching environment for all. We believe that diversity, which includes race, ethnicity, color, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identities and expressions, citizenship status, and disabilities, is our strength.
