Geriatric clients often have a range of complex needs, including cognitive decline, and other medical challenges. When these issues are combined with behavioral health diagnoses, families and traditional medical providers may find it difficult to navigate the various systems of care. During this recent pandemic many families/caregivers have also had to come to terms first hand with these diagnoses and the impact they have on their loved ones.

Audrey Zabin MED, LSW, CMC, President at AZA Care Management and Home Care.  She is a past National ALCA board member and New England Chapter  President.  Audrey runs a successful care management  and home care practice , and has served as a consultant to a top psychiatric hospital in the country.
